PockeTrackPad 利用規約

1. 適用 — 本規約はPockeTrackPad(以下「本アプリ」)の利用に適用されます。本アプリの使用をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 機能 — 本アプリは、お使いの端末をBluetooth入力機器(トラックパッド・キーボード相当)として動作させるものです。
3. 禁止事項 — 他者の機器への無断接続や操作など、法令または公序良俗に反する利用を禁止します。
4. 免責 — 誤入力、接続不良、データの損失など、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は法令で許容される最大限の範囲において責任を負いません。
5. 変更 — 本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。
6. 準拠法 — 本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Terms of Use

1. Scope — These terms apply to the use of PockeTrackPad (the “App”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
2. Functionality — The App makes your device act as a Bluetooth input device (trackpad and keyboard).
3. Prohibited Use — Any use that violates laws or public order, such as connecting to or operating another person’s computer without permission, is prohibited.
4. Disclaimer — To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer assumes no liability for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including erroneous input, connection failures, or data loss.
5. Changes — These terms may change without notice. Important changes will be announced in the App.
6. Governing Law — These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
